Step 1 Call or email to verify the painting isn't already sold. Then simply arrange by written agreement to purchase a perticular work of art for a perticular price. Lock in any discounts or coupons you may have. You may also want to review my Trade List because I may accept items on that list instead of or for a reduced payment. The agreement must be written or emailed to be binding. Use the contact form on the website or just email me directly FineHawaiianArt@gmail.com After the painting is reserved in your name the proceed to the next step.

Step 2 After an agreement is reached the artwork will then be set aside reserved awaiting your payment in full.
You will recive information on where and how to exchange your commercial notes, check, or credit, etc to obtain the cheapest possible legal tender coins that meet the criteria of the agreement. You may choose to buy your legal tender coins from any dealer local or online but the coins must meet the exacting standards of the agreement, or they will be returned to you. Step 3 Place your coins you have purchased into a small flat rate box from the post office. Make sure it is stuffed with cloth or napkins snugly to reduce damage during transit. I suggest you insure the coins against loss or damage, The post office is usually very good about not loosing anything but this extra line of protection will help settle your claim that much faster the cost is marginal and well worth it if something should happen to your package during transit. Make sure to purchase delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. Also be sure you include a print out of the written agreement with the coins and a return address where you would like the painting to be shipped.

Step 4 Be sure to send me the delivery confirmation tracking number for my records and so that I can be home when the delivery is expected. When the package of coins arrive at my door and I sign for them I will then send the painting already carefully wraped and packaged with the mail carrier to your provided address. I will insure the painting for its full value, and I will purchase delivery confirmation with required signature on delivery. You will be provided with the tracking number so you know when to expect delivery of the painting so you may arange to be at your residence when the package arrives. You will be required to sign for the package because I will not allow original artworks of such value to be left exposed to the elements or to potential theft. Please plan for 2 to 3 days time for me to properly wrap and package your painting to be shiped.
